Who we are

VELNATYX Materials is a Switzerland-based industrial hemp materials company. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your visitor type, the answers to the questions for that profile, your email address and the language you used. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and a copy is sent to andres@velnatyx.com so that we can read and answer it. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account until we delete them. You can also contact us directly at andres@velnatyx.com.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a relevant answer. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on this website itself, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party font services.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to us using the enquiry form or the contact details published on this site.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page.
